Jewellery is not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds. Please feel free to get in touch through email/whatsapp if you need any assistance or clarification before placing an order.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

For International Shipment

We can ship International orders through UPS, FedEx, EMS, Speed Post, Airmail Post Parcel, Air Freight, Sea Freight Etc. as per your instructions. We normally ship through UPS or EMS. The freight we charge on actual payment basis. If the quantity is more, then we can use air freight which is cheaper for bigger shipments. We can also use airmail post which is about half the price of UPS, but it takes a long time to reach. For very big quantities we can use sea freight too which is comparatively cheaper for big quantites. On confirmation of any order, you can ask us about freight charges with different modes & we can help you decide which one is suitable for you.

For Shipment in India

Blue Dart/DTDC (Tracking and Insurance Available) Please note that, If the shipping/billing addresses differ, your order may be delayed due to shipment address verification. *For shipping in India, payment must be done only in Indian rupees.

Shipping Policy

  • Generally, Your order is dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will be delivered to your address within 7 to 10 business days.
  • In case of special request, for instance, if added certification is required, we will need 2-3 extra business days to prepare & dispatch your order.
  • Is your product safe & insured ? We make all necessary arrangements to keep your order safe during the logistic process. We also make sure that every part of your order is insured.
